Ethan Blank is a lifelong wine enthusiast with extensive training through the Culinary Institue of America. After years of work as a corporate attorney, Ethan chose to direct his efforts towards his passion for wine and its unique ability to connect people, inviting everybody to come together, Gather & Toast.
